SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We only ship by insured express courier.
The insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the entire value of the work. You are 100% guaranteed against theft or damage that may occur during shipping. Before accepting the package, make sure it is intact and not wet.
We recommend accepting with reserve.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
For Italy shipping costs cost 13 euros: if the work is framed or if it is very fragile it will be shipped in a wooden crate, in which case there may be a small additional cost. You can exchange an email before concluding the order and ask for clarification in case of doubts.
For abroad the costs are fixed and depend on the country, it is possible to have a simulation through the cart on the site, or by sending an email for a quote.
Before proceeding with the payment you will have a summary of the shipping costs.
The delivery time is 3 working days for Italy, while for Europe it varies from 4-8 working days.
WHAT TO DO IF THE ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED
When the express courier delivers the work to you, you must first make sure that the package is not broken or wet. However, we recommend accepting with reserve.
If, once the package has been opened, the work is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours from the delivery date, sending us photos that clearly show the damage.
If the work is not what you expected and you intend to return it, you can do it within 10 days from the delivery date.

We will email you the Return Authorization Form, without which your return will not be accepted and will be sent back. Afterwards, you will have to carefully pack the work and send it to the address:
